Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1Service Overview
Ankke Group Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") is a professional product sourcing agency registered in China. We provide global business clients with end-to-end supply chain services including product sourcing, supplier auditing, factory negotiation, quality inspection, custom packaging, and cross-border logistics. By using this website or commissioning any sourcing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2Scope of Services & Fees
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Product sourcing and supplier comparative analysis (including 10+ candidate factories).
- Pre-production, in-process, and pre-shipment quality inspection services (following international AQL standards).
- Private labeling, packaging design, and custom printing coordination.
- Sample consolidation, global logistics, customs clearance, and door-to-door DDP delivery.
We charge a fixed service commission rate of 5% to 10% based on the contract procurement value. The exact rate will be agreed upon in writing before engagement. We never accept kickbacks from factories and guarantee 100% fee transparency.
3Payment Terms
Standard payment follows staged installments: 30% deposit (upon order placement) + 70% balance (after pre-shipment QC approval). We accept secure payment through Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other verified channels. All funds are held in escrow until QC approval, ensuring your capital safety. If quality inspection fails due to factory issues and cannot be rectified, we will assist you in obtaining a full refund.
4Intellectual Property Protection
We place the highest importance on protecting our clients' intellectual property. During factory engagement, we sign legally enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) on your behalf. All design drawings, product specifications, and brand materials you provide will never be disclosed to any third party without your written consent. We strictly prevent factories from unauthorized replication of client product designs.
5Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As a sourcing agency, we make every effort to find reliable suppliers and ensure product quality. However, since we do not manufacture products directly, we are not liable for losses caused by factory delivery delays, raw material price fluctuations, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, trade policy changes, etc.). We will assist you in resolving such issues and finding alternatives within reasonable capacity.
6Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise during the course of cooperation, they shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration under its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms become effective upon publication on this website. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
